Body: Many communication improvement ideas were brought up at the 2025 annual meeting. Here are some changes that are underway:- Our Events committee has listed all the summer’s events here.
- Some website cleanup and menu reorganizing makes navigation easier / more intuitively obvious.
- Phase 1 of a process to bring maintenance request tickets into the 21st century is actually happening!!
- All 2025 maintenance request tickets and their progress are being added here. Search for your specific ticket or see all tickets for all common areas.

- Done (Dave 7/23/25) Create new Active tag and add it to the seven active listings, then use the SiteOrigin Recent Posts widget to display posts with the Bungalow Listings category and Active tag to more automatically/easily display bungalows for sale without having to edit the deprecated Flexible Posts widget every time.

Login & Password pages
- Done (Dave 7/27/25) Customize the login to capture the cooperator’s name and the bungalow address using required fields. (Memberships > Settings > User Fields)
- Done (Dave 8/14/25) Add name and the bungalow address columns to the WordPress Members List. (Added code snippet)
- Done (Dave 7/26/25) Change the confusing password access sentence: “…please enter your password below:” because it’s not “your” password; it’s a special password. (Had to add code snippet because the form gets generated on the server side.)
- Done (Dave 7/27/25) Move the Log In and Log Out picks under For Cooperators to help deter unwanted people from creating logins.
- Done (Dave 7/27/25) Eliminate the Log In pick because it’s superfluous. Users are prompted to log in when they pick any page set to “requires Cooperator membership”.

- Done (Dave 7/10/25) Create a Google Sheets spreadsheet for the maintenance requests data and two Google forms (to enter initial request and progress updates data).
- Done (Dave 7/15/25) Create page displaying an iframe containing the maintenance requests spreadsheet data for just the tickets pertaining to the whole community.
- Done (Dave 7/20/25) Explore using Google AppsScript to allow Cooperators to enter a ticket number to see the progress of just that ticket.
