One of our cooperators has brought in their own pickleball equipment and the craze seems to be picking up here at Forest Lake Country Club. The board will be looking to acquire our own equipment and make it available to use for all the cooperators. Stay tuned!

Attention Cooperators
FOREST LAKE COUNTRY CLUB, INC.
8 Hibiscus Circle Hopewell Junction, New York 12533
Dear Cooperator,
The cooperative’s insurance company annually visits our property and recently provided the Board of Directors with a list of items that need to be addressed. All units must now be equipped with either battery-operated or hardwired carbon monoxide/smoke detectors. They have also cited specific bungalows that have bbqs under overhangs as a liability. The letter states, “Grills should not be utilized directly beneath any roofing including an overhang.” The insurance company has mandated that we enforce this rule in our community and has asked that we send them a reply that we are in compliance.
The board is requiring that all bbqs be moved to a safe distance from any overhang. This rule goes into effect immediately.
We thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and for your cooperation in joining our efforts to improve our community.
Regards,
Brian Scally
