Maintenance Invoices on the way!

Shareholders:

The October 1, 2018 maintenance invoices are about to go out.

As discussed at the Shareholder’s Informational Meeting over Labor Day weekend, there will be a 5% increase in the maintenance charges effective with the October 1, 2018 fiscal year.

In addition, the first installment will include a $300 addition to the balance due. The 2 following installments will be reduced by $150 each.

This is done to increase the cash flow during October when our real estate taxes are due.

Dear Cooperators,

The Board of Directors has been working diligently to maintain and upgrade our property. We have repeatedly asked shareholders to not park or drive between and behind bungalows. Because some shareholders continue to ignore this directive, the cooperation has recently accrued thousands of dollars in costs to repairing pipes and sunken septic tanks, which have collapsed. In addition, we have received numerous complaints that some shareholders are parking under the windows of their neighbors.

At our annual meeting in July, it was announced that individual letters would be sent to shareholders who are either parking between or in front of bungalows and/or driving on areas where there are pipes and/or septic tanks. The board asks that all shareholders immediately begin parking your cars in one of the designated areas. Below is an overview of parking areas.

Azalea Lane: across road on grassy area
Buttercup Lane: behind Carnation Lane on grassy area
Carnation Lane: across road on grassy area
Hibiscus Circle: across road on grassy area
Vista Way: on Hibiscus grassy area or at end of Vista Way
Gardenia Circle: across road on grassy area/ or at curb stop
Bamboo Court: grassy area across road
