Forest Lake is a private cooperative located on 100 beautiful wooded acres in Hopewell Junction, New York. The approximately 110 summer bungalows are situated throughout the grounds. The property includes two tennis/pickleball courts, a badminton/volleyball court, a basketball and paddleball court, playground, baseball and sports fields, a card room, weekend entertainment, and full-time maintenance staff.
Full access to pristine Sylvan Lake provides many opportunities for water sports. We have docks just for fishing. You can row a boat, kayak, canoe, or paddleboard around the lake. Swim in the amazing water from our own private beach! (We hope to have a lifeguard on duty nearly every day during the season).
