The October 1, 2018 maintenance invoices are about to go out.
As discussed at the Shareholder’s Informational Meeting over Labor Day weekend, there will be a 5% increase in the maintenance charges effective with the October 1, 2018 fiscal year.
In addition, the first installment will include a $300 addition to the balance due. The 2 following installments will be reduced by $150 each.
This is done to increase the cash flow during October when our real estate taxes are due.
